Biography
For more than fourteen years, Attorney Jay Waldhauser has been representing clients throughout New York with real estate matters, commercial transactions, and estate planning. Currently, he is the owner of Waldhauser Law Firm, PC, where he has developed a distinguished career, focusing especially on helping purchasers and sellers of real estate close their transaction and representing lenders in real estate closings. His experience in drafting, reviewing, and protecting clients’ interests in both residential and commercial closings have provided him with the resources necessary to provide successful representation for any phase of his clients’ real estate transaction needs. He is able to practice law in all State Courts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and is a member of legal associations: Nassau County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Associations (NYSBA).
