Where to start. Doesn’t respond, doesn’t know how to respond to motions, loses paperwork, sticks up for the other party. When he does call back calls with an attitude, cuts you off and doesn’t listen, then run to his senior partner with false accusations who is Louis Simonetti and he will back this t...hing up no matter what. This guy doesn’t have a clue, if it weren’t for me putting together some responses, god only knows what would have happened. Not sure if it’s inexperience or just simply doesn’t know what he’s doing. He can’t take any pressure whatsoever, a mediator was beating him down. He will take your money for sending emails but will do nothing with the actual email, not even read it. I sent him 3 offered to settle but yet never once sent it over. When the other party sent one he didn’t even read it, as he admitted when I questioned him about how ridiculous the offer was. All he wants to do and will do is sit back and take your money and watch you suffer.

Hiring this lawyer was the worst thing I had ever done... not only did he not represent my best interest, but some even questioned if he was working for my ex, that’s how poor of a job he did... I was blessed enough to hire another lawyer, she was able to clean up most of his mess but not all! Honest...ly he can careless about you Im not even sure he knows the law?? But he definitely will NOT fight for you... After firing him and the judge reviewed the case, even the judge was shocked for the lack of work he did and didn’t hold me responsible for changing lawyers 7 months into the case..

Having Tim Fallon as my attorney was almost like not having an attorney at all. I ended up firing him days before a court date because I didn't want to waste the last few hundred dollars of my retainer on another unproductive meeting with him and his Sunday-driver attitude. He did not return phone ...calls, emails, or answer questions that I had, even after I asked him TWICE to please be more responsive. He let my adversary and her attorney roll right over him in conferences, allowing her delaying tactics to work out just the way she wanted. She referenced assets of mine that she made up on the spot, out of thin air, and despite holding proof that those assets did not exist IN HIS HANDS at that very moment, he just shrugged his shoulders, and another two months went down the drain. I hired his firm because they were supposed to be good, but they stuck me with a guy who could not be bothered to even pretend to care, and it ended up being a waste of $3000 and a year of my life. When I finally cut him loose, we were not one inch closer to settling the matter.
