FG of Melville, NY

Hired Mr. Lenowitz to handle title transfer on a timeshare property. It took an inordinate amount of time for him to complete the process. He didn't provide an estimate for the closing, and I, mistakenly, did not ask. The final bill, I believe, was on the high side. I had to keep after him to be k...ept updated. The worse thing that he did was to send an e-mail intended for me, to prospective buyer, saying that I had not paid a particular fee. In point of fact I had paid the fee, to the title processing agent, as he directed. But when I pointed out the fact that he had sent such an e-mail to the buyer, in error, his attitude was, What's the big deal?" Lastly, I just checked with the time share managing agent to see if the title had been transferred to the buyer, I was told that some of the necessary paperwork had not been submitted so the process has not been completed as Mr. Lenowitz claimed!! Mr. Lenowitz, said he submitted all of the paperwork. So now I have to check with the time share again, and probably have them contact Mr. Lenowitz to request whatever it is that is missing. It's been very frustrating dealing with Mr. Lenowtiz. I would never use him again, or recommend him to anyone.
