Neil Byron Fang

As a partner of Schwartz, Fang & Keating, P.C., I represent high net worth families and closely held business owners in the creation and implementation of their estate plans. Based on my comprehensive tax background, advanced degrees, and up to date knowledge of governing laws and procedures, I have developed proven techniques in an effort to minimize estate and income taxes, and protect family assets from claims of creditors.

In addition to estate planning, I have over 20 years experience in the Probate of Wills and administration of estates. My probate estates had assets that widely ranged from $1 million to over $200 million. My goal is to squeeze out every last dollar for the beneficiaies by efficiently administering the estate and skillfully claiming every proper estate tax deduction under the Internal Revenue Code. Many times I can even take a faulty estate plan prepared by another attorney and correct it in order to save estate and income taxes and maximize the benefits to the estate's heirs.
