I have over 15 years of experience in the fields of estate planning, probate, real estate and business law. Over the years, I have mastered the art of satisfying and retaining clients for life. I strive to keep open lines of communication with my clients, via telephone, text messages and e-mail. I repeatedly remind my clients that I am readily available to answer their questions, responding to most phone calls and e-mails on the same day.

Most of my legal work (excluding litigation) is now billed on a flat-fee basis and agreed to in advance, so there are never any surprises. Outside of the office, I also lead an active lifestyle. I coach youth sports, participate in triathlons and play in local volleyball leagues. I enjoy the outdoors and love to travel whenever I can. I presently live in Suffolk County and have five children ranging in age from 16 to 6.

I was admitted to the New York State Bar in March 1999 and am the founding member of the Law Offices of Joseph Marino, PC. I am admitted to practice law in the State of New York.  I attended Hofstra University (B.A. 1993) and Touro Law School (J.D. 1998) and am also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
