I was a client that hired Steven silberling as a tax attorney he charged me what the fee would be for his services I paid him in full on the assumption from what he had told me that he would take care of the situation not knowing the law of taxation it was nice to know from what I thought that he did.... many years later I kept receiving notices from the state tax department I kept reaching out to him to no avail. He never would get back to you finally I received a letter in the mail that my drivers license was going to be suspended unless my tax issues were taking care of from the New York State Tax Division told me in a letter. to no avail where they able to either by letter by phone or email where they able to get in contact with my attorney. And that they would have no choice but to suspend my license. finally after numerous phone calls I was able to get in contact with him I informed Mr.silberling of my situation he replied he did not know what to do.Ithe was very confusing for someone who does not understand the Law of state tax like me. but I had no choice but to come up with a solution to solve this problem by myself I found out the amount that was actually owed and the amount that I had already paid and for the amount of tax dollars from New York State that I did not receive in doing my taxes every year but not receiving a refund because they were being withheld the balance was not much at all Steven silberling then told me that's fantastic put this together in a letter and I will send it to them. long story short they did accept my offer thanks to me. I then started receiving in the mail from mr. Stevens silberling The Audacity to charge me thousands of dollars more for when I myself was the one to resolve the issue do not hire this attorney for any tax issues nightmare.
