Michael is not only a great human being but he is extremely bright and learned attorney and counselor at law. In the past he was out closing attorney when my late wife had a mortgage company. Michael closed scores of deals -- a lot of deals that were complex or had many issues that quite frankly didn...'t know if they would make it to the finish line.
