Mr. Gary Miller was an absolute angel. His receptionist had a little bit of an attitude but Gary was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had gotten a Ticket for driving while operating a cell phone and no insurance card. I had procrastinated to do anything about it. The more and more research I did ...on the tickets I realized hoe dangerous this was. Being that my fiancé is disabled and I am the only driver I had to keep my expenses down and my license and insurance record clean. I called Mr. Miller lees than a week prior to the hearing. My tickets had gotten destroyed between getting them and this time. He said not to worry about it, asked me for my date of birth and took care of the whole thing. He adjourned the hearing for about a week and a half. He called me on Sunday afternoon to let me know of the amount owed. He got the cell phone ticket down to a parking ticket. Not only was the ticket its self-less than we had thought, but there is no record on my license or driving report for the insurance company. I kept in contact with him every other day via email. Gary Miller has assisted me with two tickets over the last two years. In both cases he delivered better than expected results. Both tickets were dismissed. I found Mr. Miller while trying to research my options online.  I had not had a speeding ticket for over a decade and when I did I would just s...end it in guilty with the fee indicated on the ticket. This no longer seemed reasonable with the potential fees and points that come with a guilty plea. Most suggestions I found left the outcome to chance. You really had to hope that the officer didn't show up or that someone somewhere in the bureaucracy did something wrong so the ticket would be dismissed; Or you just had to feel comfortable enough to try to convince the judge to reduce the ticket or dismiss it. In both cases I was running late and my tickets were written for 20+mph over the speed limit. I don't believe I was that far over the limit, but I was far from comfortable stating that and supporting that in front of a judge.  When contacted Mr. Miller got back to me quickly. He said he should be able to have the tickets reduced to no points with a fee and community service. Fortunately for me, both tickets were dismissed. His knowledge and experience helped relieve some of my anxiety and it most certainly allowed him to do what he does to produce better than expected results. I would hire Gary Miller again and would recommend his services to anyone.  

Gary came highly recommended by a friend who he defended successfully against a speeding ticket. He did the same for me (92 MPH in 55 MPH zone), and as a result my citation was reduced to a "parking ticket" with minimal $ penalty. Gary provided excellent guidance throughout the process, and offered... very realistic feedback while we were planning our defense, which could have easily resulted in a severe fine, points and/or license suspension. Gary new the court system and various prosecutors very well, and worked hard to ensure we lined up the right situation.
