My case was not a simple "Speeding/Traffic Ticket" as it says above - I had to pick the closest thing that applied to me from the given choices. I was about to get a 1 year suspended licese for having an accident while my insurance had lapsed for non-payment (an oversight on my part). I went to G...ary and he was very upfront about all possible outcomes, all of which seemed reasonable, and he didn't promise anything spectacular. Living in Nassau county and having a daily commute, a suspended license would have been devestating. Gary took my case and asked me to provide him with some basic paper work (accident reports, etc.) Over the course of just 2-3 weeks, he has worked a miracle and has completely resolved my case. Gary also went out of his way and resolved another traffic ticket I had with the court. I never write reviews but felt the need to share my experience to help others who are looking for a GOOD LAWYER WHO CAN DELIVER. I had an 8pt speeding ticket and a couple speeding tickets in the last couple years. Afraid I was going to lose my license I was on a quest to find a good lawyer. I ca...lled a couple lawyers they were much more expensive and told me they could get it down to 6pts and to a lesser speeding ticket due to my driving history. I was not satisfed with that answer and kept looking. I happened to stumble upon this site and Gary Miller's profile. I gave him a call, he was very knowledable and the rate was fair. He told me he can get it down to 3pts and to a non speeding ticket and told me to bring cash or credit card to pay for the fine. I hired him and brought money for the legal fees to his Hempstead office and left it with his secretary. His secretary is very nice and helped me in an orderly manner and was fast. I had questions I would email and call him. He would get back to me the very same day. I've had lawyers in the past and to get any information I had to speak to their secretary not with Gary. Day of court Gary got my ticket down from an 8pt ticket to a 3pt ticket with a failure to yield. AMAZING due to my driving history. He delivered what he promised me.
