I was pulled over for texting while driving which carries a steep fine and a 5 points on license. I figured I could take care of this myself and went to take a Plea deal. They offered me a steep fine and 3 points. I said no, and the prosecutor wouldn't budge, so I said take it to trial. W...hen I got home and and researched in the Internet I realized I would have a hard time winning this case, and was beginning to think I should have taken the Plea deal. I called Gary at 9:30pm and left a message and to my surprise he called me back in 10 minutes. I gave him my info and texted him a pic of the ticket. He called the next day and stopped the trial. Then he was able to go to the same prosecutor that gave me 3 points for a Plea, and Gary negotiated 0 points and parking ticket! I'm very happy with the outcome.

My 19 year old daughter received a speeding ticket on her way to school in Riverhead. There's a speed trap on Route 24. It goes from 30 mph, to 55 mph, to 40 mph all in less than a mile.
