My daughter was issued a speeding ticket for going 21 miles over the speed limit. I was mad and told her to plead guilty and pay the fine as punishment. Bad move, I did not realize that she would be penalized so much ($420 Fine, $300 DMV Driver Assessment Responsibility Fine & 6 Points). We called Ga...ry and within days he was able to reduce the penalty to ($260 Fine, $0 DMV Driver Responsibilty Assessment Fine & 3 Points). This was all done even after she had sent in a guilty plea. Good Job Gary!!!!!!!

It was a real pleasure to have Gary handle my speeding ticket. Besides saving me time and the aggravation of dealing with the courts, he actualy won my case. Now, I do not have to worry about points on my license or a premium increase on my car insurance. Thank you Gary for your courteous and thoro...ugh service!

Since moving to LI 3 years ago, I have had to use Gary on a number of occassions and he has been very helpful each time. He has good knowledge regarding each type of ticket offense, and you need to listen to him when he tells you the sooner you give him your ticket the better your chances of getting ...it dismissed. My first ticket was for speeding in a school zone by 22mph over and he was able to get it dismissed. He also helped me dismiss a ticket I received for not getting a car inspection on time. My dad received a ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign which we were unable to get dismissed, However, Gary warned him it might happen especially since it took my dad at least 2 weeks from the tickets date of issue to hire Gary. He is definately a great asset to have and know and I highly reccommend him.

i was given a ticket while visiting my aunt in L.I.. coming from staten island i had no idea how to handle this very serious charge of driving without insurance. i found mr miller on the internet. this was a complete leep of faith. he told me to mail him his fee and not to worry about a thing.. i ...never do this, but i took a chance and mailed him a check. he kept me informed of the court date. told me i didnt have to there, he went had everything dismissed and reduced . and most important kept my mind at ease. i would recomend him to anyone,, and i already did just that
