Gary is the man! Despite having multiple prior speeding tickets, Gary was able to get my speeding ticket reduced to a $75 parking ticket! The only regret I have is not finding Gary sooner. He was very honest about what he expected and really came through for me. I can't thank him enough.

So far so good !

My case was moved due to a relentless DA. Gary was knowledgeable, understood the system and steps needed to get a winning end game. Now this all said, my case has been moved to September... But I am confident Gary will have my conviction over turned, Will post a follow up after my trial date. ...

Cell Phone Ticket Dismissed

I received a cell phone ticket that I felt was given improperly. I consulted with Gary Miller and he was able to get the ticket thrown out. I would use him again.

Got 13 tickets dismissed!

Gary Miller worked with me to get 13 tickets -- mostly moving violations -- dismissed. I was facing 27 points and over $4000 in violations, but for a reasonable fee, Gary made everything disappear. The entire process took about 3 months -- 30 days to wait for the issuing officer to respond to the re...quest for more information about the tickets, and then a bit of time for the motion to dismiss the tickets to pass.

Handled Bronx Summonses

Mr. Miller represented my son in two alcohol related summonses he received in the Bronx. We live out of NY so Mr. Miller appeared for my son and got both of the summonses dismissed. During the period leading up to the court date Mr. Miller or his assistant communicated with us via phone and email to ...keep us informed as to what was needed from us and how the case would proceed. After the court proceeding we were informed of the outcome.
