I contacted Gary Miller earlier this morning for a consultation regarding a headache I have been dealing with for over a year in regards to a seatbelt ticket. At the time I was living in bay shore and was planning a move to AZ, it was a couple of days from the day I received the ticket and our cr...oss country move, sadly the ticket was lost during that move.
