What can I say other than Mr. Miller is the MAN! I called his office on Friday 8/17/18 after speaking with other traffic attorneys for help with my first traffic ticket. I explained to him that I had received a speeding ticket going 82 in a 55 zone. He asked me if I had anything else on my record and... I told him no. He then said to me, “that’s 6 points on your record but I can get that down to zero points.” He told me how much the ticket would cost and how much he would charge and I was pleasantly surprised. Other attorney fees were much higher and they told me I would be hit with 8 points on my record (lies). That they would “try” to negotiate a higher fine and lower points (down to 4 points). So I decided to give Mr. Miller a try. What is there to lose? After we spoke, he connected me back to his secretary, who asked me for method of payment. Although I was confused as to why she would need payment information when my court date was not until October 4th and I was somewhat skeptical, I gave her the information. I also asked to schedule an appointment to meet with Mr. Miller on Saturday the 18th. On the 18th I showed up at his office. When I walked in he asked my name and when I gave him my name he asked “what are you doing here? Didn’t you hire me yesterday?” My response was, “I’m not sure what I did yesterday!” His response was, “I took care of the ticket yesterday!” I couldn’t believe what he was saying to me. I stood there in awe trying to wrap my head around what he was saying. I said to him “I called you at 1:48 yesterday, on a Friday. How is that possible?” “I made it possible by going to the court that same Friday and negotiated with the prosecutors!” The results, exactly what he had told me! Zero points on my record!!! I was beyond happy! Couldn’t believe that the nightmare was finally behind me! I stressed about that ticket for the 1 plus week that I had it and just like that, it was in the rear view mirror! I can’t say thank you enough. Mr. Miller knows his stuff and I have been telling EVERYONE my experience!

I would Recommed Gary Miller who helped me with the tickets- There were 3 tickets given to me for not yielding to a stop sign ,improper entrance onto highway,passed stop sign.- 3 tickets for 1 same offence- I contacted Gary and he took the case and dismissed all tickets with no fines or points. Stopped in Gary’s office to speak with him in regards to my daughters first moving violation. She was issued a speeding summons, 82mph in a 55mph zone. Where do I start? Mr.Miller is one of the honest and truthful lawyers I have met. Not only does he do what he says but sticks by it and actually goes all the way. After many years of driving I had my first ever tickets for going ~5 mph over the speed and an unsafe lane change, I was hesitant to get a lawyer, however, the reviews pushed me to it. I contacted him, sent the tickets via email and made a payment and in about 2 months got a call back that both my ti...ckets were dismissed.
