I successfully litigated a relocation case wherein a Mother was denied the right to move from New York to Florida with her children. The Father was awarded sole custody, in the event the Mother moved ... to Florida without the children. I represented a wonderful Father and successfully argued that the Father should not be geographically separated from his children simply because the Mother wanted to move.
