Mr Howard is not a good child law gaurdian, Mr. Howard is one sided he will tell you he cannot discuss the case with you butin court you see Mr. Howard comingout of a conference room withthe defendant who gives all false informationthat Mr. Howard does not even follow up on when he wants to see said ...child in his office he does not let a neutral party bring the child again he lets the defendant bring said child to his office.Mr. Howard gives the Judge his input based on lies and puts the child back in the same situation. I would definitely not reccommend Mr. Howard as a Child Law Gaurdian to anyone.
