Aaron Brandon Marks

I worked with Aaron several years ago at UMA, and my experience working with him professionally was extremely frustrating. There was a consistent pattern of missed deadlines, poor communication, and lack of follow-through. He would often give us a specific timeline or promise that something would ...be completed by a certain date, including deadlines he had set himself, but those deadlines were repeatedly missed. When we followed up by email or chat, he would often not respond. Even after issues were escalated to higher levels, getting a response remained extremely difficult. He seemed to respond only when he chose to, rather than when the matter required attention. There were also instances where information he provided was inaccurate or later turned out to be incorrect, creating additional confusion and delays. The most frustrating part was the repeated pattern: something promised for “today” could easily turn into weeks or even a month with no meaningful update. I understand that unexpected delays happen, but the combination of missed commitments, inaccurate information, and consistently poor communication made him very difficult to work with. This is based solely on my professional experience working with him at UMA.
