A shark who made things Easy and smooth for me

Brian butler did a great job at closing my deal even with a few bumps that got in the way. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle every situation the best way possible. He's the right man to have on your side for sure. Would definetly use him again and again and again. HE GETS THE JOB DONE ...and there is always someone in his office you can talk to if he is in a meeting and can't talk. I felt very secure with Brian working my file. Doesn't get any better than him!

Successful Mortgage Modification

We hired The Law Office of Brian P. Butler back in April of this year. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I have to say that the counsel assigned to our case worked diligently to ensure that we were approved for a home loan modification. When working with an attorney, one must realize that althoug...h we hire them to work on our behalf, we must do our part (provide paperwork, follow-up, etc.) to ensure that our ultimate goal is met. Whenever we followed up with them, they always had an update for us. We are thankful that our situation worked out for our good (Romans 8:28)

riped off

Heard him on the radio, about modification to avoid foreclosure, he said, if we don't get a deal with lender, Money Back guaranteed. All a lie, his office never calls unless you call them, they sit on paper work and do nothing about it. Time went by, and they never said did anything. They kept saying... "It will be ok" At first he was in a rush to get my money, even threaten me that if I did not make the payment on time, they will freeze the process. Mr. Butler and his firm took advantage of a struggling family trying to keep their home and took $3500 hard earned money. Mr. Butler never had to courtesy to call me, he is to busy, and has my money in his pocket, so it was not important to explain anything to his client (me) .I am loosing my home. Thank you Mr. Butler. I believe in Karma, you will get yours!!
