Mary took care of our eviction quickly and got the results we were looking for. I had heard nightmares about evictions dragging on forever; she had them in court within maybe 2 weeks and out shortly after that. She was always available and answered all of my questions. She also handled everything fo...r us, so that we were not inconvenienced. I felt that the price was fair and the results exactly what we wanted.

Did not like the overal experience with this attorney at all . It was hard to get in touch with her . Before the hire date it was no problem , but as soon as she was hired it was a nightmare . Everything that was stated prior the hire date was total opposite once the case started . The whole case was... a total nightmare from the beging to the end . I would do my diligence extra carefully , and spend more money if you want the job done well . Woul not recommend her to anyone !!

Hearing numerous horror stories over the years from friends and family of their experience with lawyers, I'll admit my opinion of this profession was extremely negative. I felt they were nothing more than insensitive, greedy vultures. That being said, I couldn't begin to explain how happy I was when ...Mary Merz proved me wrong. From our first conversation, she went above and beyond to discuss and explain all the options moving forward with my legal issue. As her client, I felt completely comfortable calling her when I had questions, if I needed advice and even when I was stressed out or overwhelmed. She made sure she was available regardless if it was a weekend or late at night. Not once did I feel like an annoyance or as if I was taken advantage of. Her fees are the fairest I've ever come across and a fraction of what I was quoted from other lawyers. From start to finish, Mary continued to prove her genuine character and admirable work ethic. I'll have no hesitation recommending her to anyone in need of a lawyer in the future.

so i have been fighting to get squatters out of my home for the past 5 months,i had a different attorney handling this.i then called mary and explained what was going on.she then agreed to take on my case i met her on monday the 3rd and on the fourth i had a trial date,she got the warrant of eviction... in one trial date and the first week on my case very reasonably priced and pleasant to speak with you won't be sorry to hire her on.goes to show you don't have to break your bank to get the best legal help i would refer mary c merz to anyone who needs legal help.thanks mary!! and i will continue to keep her as my attorney for future needs.
