Consult with an attorney. In short an Order of Protection could mean that you will not be able to have any contact with your mother.

Unless you get some type of restraining order you would not be able to stop someone from placing flowers on a gravesite.

It may be illegal but if you gave him consent to sign for you then it would not be illegal. Since you received your share if the refund I doubt...
