I am a landlord who hired Jane via a realtor's referral. (Just writing that annoys me because I had to other referrals that I wish I had called first). JANE DOES NOT return calls in a professional, timely manner. 2 days seems sufficient. She advised me to accept an offer without even trying to negoti...ate in my favor! That's LAZY! I requested to persue all tenants on the lease for the eviction and judgment, she said not to bother, to just persue the "main tenants". I refused to listen to her and glad I didn't! When you have better legal advice than your attorney, there's a problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JANE. Needing a lawyer is already frustrating. Do not hire a lawyer that will frustrate you further. I did not feel JANE cared enough about the details of my case. She seems satisfied with mediocre. I even questioned whether she was on my team or not! FIND A LAWYER WHO CARES. FIND A LAWYER THAT LOVES THEIR JOB ENOUGH TO BE BETTER THAN OK. I'm not writing this anonymously. I'd like her to know which client wrote this.
