Hired Brooks for a landlord/tenant case (rent withheld due fo landlord refused to fix damage in habitable area), got the case completely thrown out due to the incompetence of the landlords and his attorney. let me start by saying . do yourselves a favor and stay away from this guy .I just recently used him for a simple tenant /landlord act.And all i can say is the guy really did nothing but cooperate with the other lawyers , and just made me dump $$$ .did not represent me at all in my favor.used him fo...r selling a business and he completely screwed me got paid in full and then dropped my case and wont even pick up my phone..He recently violated my ethics laws by working against me with the buyer of my business .then i hired him all in the same time to evict one of my tenants paid him in full , sends me mail that he will not be repesenting me in the case and charged me for the whole amount .do your self a favor do not use this guy , he will completely ruin you... beware use someone else .
