I agree, if you can get another attorney DO SO!! He was court appointed for me. After my first court date I did not hear from him for more than a month after several messages until the day before my appearance at the court. I trusted that he knew what he was doing and he had little or nothing to say ...in my defense while the other party had an amazing defensive. Achhh! I so regret not listening to the advise of one of the reviewers..my own..GET ANOTHER attorney!

Mr. Sheechutz DOES NOT UNDERSTAND "TRUST" and "COMPETENT LEGAL ADVISEMENT" IS VITAL IN LAWYER-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. He provided misleading and incompetent legal advise when I had to make critical decisions much less conscious decisions, assisted in undermining my constitutional and parental rights, al...lowed a domestic violence case to turn into a child abuse case when children were not abused physically or emotionally, failed to pursue legal remedies to correct the errors he admitted to and recuse himself from the case entirely, failed to take corrective action with oversight authorities of judicial and professional misconduct when the judge engaged in conversation with witness while on the witness standand, failed to file an injunction for relief to protect me from agency's egregious abuses of unwarranted state intrusion after experiencing a fire, failed to vigorously and zealously defend my constitutional and parental rights.
