Alan Edward Wolin

I was a US Federal Police Officer who was discriminated in the workplace and maliciously targeted, facing vicious realiation, terror. My mother also suffered as our home was raided and she died as a result of this terror. Attorney Alan E. Wolin took my cases and he aggressively effectively represent...ed me during each trial. I foolishly hired this "lawyer" to represent me at an OATH trial, he said his fee would be one thousand dollars but because he did not know what he was doing the trial ran for a second day and he told me that he THOUGHT the trial would be only one day but because it will take a second day I must pay ...him a second thousand dollars. He did not advise me in any way such as pleading the fifth to anything and he did not counter anything that the other Lawyer was accusing me of.......when I said, "Allow me to explain", the comment was no and the Judge agreed with him......all of this time Alan sat there as if he was deaf........as a lawyer he is totally worthless and useless.

Used him for an EEO case. Did not fight for my case. Merely looking to farm cases for the money. (Two of my colleagues used him too.) Even though I paid the agreed upon fee BEFORE starting the case, he would constantly hound me for additional payments. And I unknowingly paid him thousands more than I... should have. After case closed he again hounded me to file an appeal for more money. Best advice; don’t use him.
