A young man in his 30s was stopped at a red light on a wet and foggy day in Bay Shore. He looked both ways before cautiously proceeding, only to be T-Boned by a speeding vehicle. Our client was hospita ... lized for five days after the accident with injuries including three pelvic fractures, two rib fractures, a tear in the knee that required arthroscopy, scalp laceration, spleen laceration, and a concussion.
