Complicated. Best to se a product liability specialist. It isn't usually easy to sue a car company.
My lawyer is not doing their job, can I talk to the insurance company myself to settle?

You have the right to hire and fire at will but he will get money from your attorneys' fee. Try to work it out.

A house transfer PRE-death requires no Will if no fraud is being litigated. Bring deed and accounts to an attorney. Most wills are never filed.
