Upon meeting Mr. Johnson, I instantaneously felt comfortable during a uneasy time in my life. Mr Johnson represented me in a very difficult case...I am a single mother and my son's father refuses to accept his responsibilities financially...he just wants to be my son's friend...always having fun - but it was his fun not my son's idea of fun; my son wants to play sports that his father has no ...interest in and his father refused to take him on the weekends that he was with his father...Mr. Johnson was able to convince the judge that my son's desires and commitments outweigh his fathers arguments. Mr Johnson has young children of his own; which just intensifies his understanding for the needs of the children. He is energetic and compassionate; qualities that seem to be lost after years of practice. He entertains the children with "character" ties and lapel buttons; making them comfortable enough with him to openly express their feelings; which makes his court appearances personal and his arguments are comprised of voicing the desires of the children; who cannot express their own desires.
