Zachary M. Kravat

Zachary M. Kravat is a founding partner of Kravat & Rose PLLC, a New York trial firm handling complex commercial disputes, serious injury cases, and mass tort litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in commercial and business litigation, contract and partnership disputes, fraud and business torts, and investor-fraud litigation. The firm also maintains a mass tort and institutional abuse practice, including claims on behalf of survivors of abuse in juvenile detention facilities in Illinois and New York.

Before founding Kravat & Rose, Mr. Kravat spent a decade litigating high-stakes commercial cases at large national law firms. He built the firm around a different model: every client works directly with the partner handling their case.

Mr. Kravat earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and named a Florence Allen Scholar, and his B.S. in Management (Finance) magna cum laude from Binghamton University. He was admitted to the New York bar in 2016 and is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern (2016) and Eastern (2018) Districts of New York.
