Biography
I am an associate in Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid’s Litigation practice group, and am active in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trials and appeals in both the federal and state court systems.
I have tried several cases in the New York State Supreme and District Courts and have briefed and argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the State of New York. My practice spans many areas of litigation, including commercial, banking, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, debt workout, construction, software and data storage, criminal, corporate and real estate.
