Biography
I represent individuals and corporate clients in the areas of health law, elder law and business law. Since 1992 I have helped clients develop and implement practical solutions in my capacity as a solo practitioner, an associate in a large national health law firm, and as in-house counsel in an academic medical center.
I also serve as an advocate for individuals with medical and long term care insurance issues to improve access to care, maximize insurance coverage, and minimize out–of-pocket costs.
I am admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and am a NY certified Long Term Care Ombudsman. I also am an active volunteer with several non-profit organizations and an avid cyclist and swimmer.
