Quies Sakhizada

Quies is an experienced litigator, having prosecuted and defended various real estate and banking matters all over New York State. Prior to starting his own practice, Quies worked at three of Long Island’s most prestigious real estate firms where he represented institutions in residential and commercial foreclosure actions, title disputes, landlord-tenant relations, secured transactions, and other legal and banking matters. Throughout his legal journey, Quies gained a wide-array of litigation experience and developed invaluable relationships with many of those involved in the mortgage industry.

Quies earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in May 2012. While in in law school, Quies served as an executive board member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and was the head legal intern for Pennsylvania’s Department of Transportation where he litigated for the Department in administrative hearings.

A native Long Islander, Quies graduated from Hofstra University, earning his B.A., with honors, in May 2008. During his undergraduate, Quies served as a Resident Assistant and assisted in the establishment of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity’s Lambda Pi chapter.

Quies presently resides in Suffolk County and enjoys spending time with his family, playing ping-pong, exercising, going to the beach and watching the New York Knicks (regretfully). Quies is also fluent in Farsi and is a member of the New York State Bar.
