Patrick J. Lanciotti works in the environmental litigation and toxic tort department of Napoli Shkolnik, where his practice focuses primarily on environmental class actions and mass tort litigations. Mr. Lanciotti currently represents individuals injured by the Flint Water Crisis, In re: Flint Water Litigation, one of the largest contaminated water litigations in the country. Other cases include representing individuals injured exposure to perfluorooctanoic acid (“PFOA”) and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (“PFOS”) in the following matters: Westhampton, New York, Hoosick Falls, New York, Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Yaphank, New York. Finally, Mr. Lanciotti represents children with elevated levels of lead in their blood as a result of long-term exposure to lead smelting operations in La Oroya, Peru.
During his time at Pace Law School, Patrick served as a law clerk to the Regional Attorney at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Region 2. In addition, he served as a legal intern at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, where he assisted Riverkeeper in bringing federal and state lawsuits to protect the Hudson River and the watersheds that provide New York City’s drinking water. Patrick also served as the Articles Editor of Pace Environmental Law Review.
