Morgan Elizabeth Weber

I have over 15 years of experience in representing individuals and entities in New York State and Federal Courts and various arbitration forums. I am well versed in all phases of complex commercial litigation from pleadings and provisional remedies to trial and appellate-level motion practice to all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.
I've represented both plaintiffs and defendants in:
• contract disputes;
• business torts;
• real estate disputes;
• fraud claims;
• actions based on non-competes and other restrictive covenants;
• unfair competition matters;
• tortious interference claims; and
• claims for breach of fiduciary duties.
I am admitted to practice in New York State Courts and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in Federal Court.
I graduated from Fordham School of Law in 2005. While in law school, I was the Writing and Research Editor for Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
