A Strong Recommendation for Lawyer Michael Kohler: Experienced and Supportive

I highly recommend lawyer Michael Kohler to anyone struggling with the immigration process. Just before Thanksgiving last year, we received a letter from USCIS regarding my wife’s green card. They intended to rescind her permanent residence because they realized her approval should not have come befo...re mine, as I am the primary beneficiary. Michael reassured me that my wife would not face deportation, which was my worst fear. He made it clear that my wife’s case was simply an error on the part of USCIS. While this may seem like common sense, for immigrants whose careers and lives are so deeply tied to this country, it was a huge relief. This was especially true after receiving advice from other lawyers who warned us to prepare for the worst-case scenario. Michael was able to contact our local USICS office on behalf of us and proposed a solution to rectify the error. Although USCIS has its own procedure, Michael ironed out the kinks in the process. Some minor details might seem trivial in daily life, but they can be incredibly tricky during this process. For example, even the address for returning the green card to USCIS was not acceptable for USPS or Fedex. However, Michael breezed through these challenges. Choosing Michael was undoubtedly the best decision I made in 2023. With over 20 years of experience in immigration law, his expertise and focus were exactly what we needed during this challenging time. I am incredibly grateful for his guidance and support. I am pleased to share that my wife's case has been resolved, and she has received a new green card.

Exceptional/ best out there!
