I am admitted to practice law in New York State and am a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. I specialize in elder law, where I counsel clients on estate planning, probate and estate administration, trust administration and transactional real estate. During the estate planning process, I concentrate on developing asset protection strategies and protection of Medicaid benefits for adults and their families. When a loved one passes away, I provide legal advice and guidance to executors and trustees to ensure the timely administration and distribution of estate assets and protection from fiduciary liability.
