Kyle Ronald Stefurak

Kyle Stefurak is a Senior Associate at Cona Elder Law. Kyle concentrates his practice in the Health Care Reimbursement and Recovery department where he manages guardianship proceedings, litigation and contested estate proceedings.

Kyle manages Article 81 Guardianship proceedings from initial investigations to witness and trial preparation, hearings and contested proceedings, and all facets of guardianship proceedings from Petitions to accountings to removals of Guardians. Kyle practices before the Supreme Courts of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties, all boroughs of the City of New York and numerous upstate counties as well.

Kyle also handles litigation on behalf of the firm’s health care clients, including asset investigations, summons and complaints, hearings, inquests and enforcement of judgment actions. Kyle additionally supports the Estate Administration practice group with litigation matters, such as contested probate petitions, contested estates, and Creditor Petitions.
