Joseph Michael Sorce

Joseph M. Sorce first joined Bragoli & Associates, P.C. in 2013, and became a Senior Partner with the firm. Mr. Sorce manages and handles a wide array of plaintiff's personal injury matters, inclusive of construction accidents, automobile accidents and slip/trip and fall accidents. Since joining Bragoli & Associates, P.C., Mr. Sorce has successfully negotiated and settled tens of millions of dollars for injured clients. Mr. Sorce's tenacious and unyielding approach in dealing with insurance companies has enabled him to obtain maximum compensation for the firm's clients in an efficient and effective manner.

Prior to joining Bragoli & Associates, P.C., Mr. Sorce spent three years practicing law at two well-known insurance defense firms on Long Island and Manhattan, representing large transportation companies, construction companies and commercial land owners. This experience has been invaluable to Mr. Sorce's ability to evaluate and handle his client's personal injury matters.

Mr. Sorce was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2010, and he is also admitted in the U.S. Eastern District Court of the State of New York and U.S. Southern District Court of the State of New York. He is also on the Board of Directors with the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Sorce has also been named to Super Lawyers' "Metro Rising Stars" list since 2014, an honor reserved for less than 2.5% of the lawyers in New York State, who are deemed to exhibit excellence in practice.
