I am an associate in Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid’s Corporate and Business practice group and its Real Estate practice group. I’m involved in the structuring and negotiation of a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, I was associated with the New York City law firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP.
I’m a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A., 2004) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2007), where I was an editor of the American Criminal Law Review, Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. In addition, I received an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law (2010).
