James E. Devine

I’m a partner at Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid, P.C. and am in the firm's Real Estate practice group. I have extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, commercial real estate transactions and secured financing. In these areas I have represented landlords, tenants, investors, developers, lenders, businesses and individuals in various transactions including the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties, drafting and negotiation of leases for office, retail and industrial space, and real estate financings.

I also work closely with the firm's Corporate practice group in the representation of businesses and individuals in connection with corporate sales, acquisitions and mergers, service, sales, purchase, leasing and distribution contracts, and shareholder and employee transactions.
