Biography
I am an associate in Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid’s Real Estate practice group, and represent landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, and purchasers and sellers in the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial and residential properties. I also frequently represent debtors in negotiating debt workouts with commercial and private lenders.
I am also a member of the Board of Directors of Nassau/Suffolk Law Services which is a non-profit community based poverty law program that provides legal assistance in civil (non-criminal) matters to low income, disabled, and disadvantaged persons throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. As a volunteer attorney with the Suffolk County Pro Bono Project, I have represented clients with various legal issues.
