Child Custody 20%

Our clients do not want custody, they need it. People who hire us demand the best. Custody is based on the best interest of the child or children. Our attorneys' goal is to argue your case to show the judge that you are the best parent. Judges do not live with the parties and have no idea as to who is the best parent; we must demonstrate that you are the best parent. We know how to present your case and admit evidence to court showing that custody should be with you.

20%
Child Support 20%

Among the many financial issues to be decided in a divorce or separation, child and spousal support are perhaps the most critical. Your divorce should not leave you incapable of caring for yourself or your children, nor should divorce require you to pay excessively. There are many unique and creative ways to deal with child and spousal support. We provide you with our experience and our advice as to child support. We fully understand the laws and options governing child support.

20%
Divorce and Separation 20%

Agreements, orders, settlements, and/or judgments made in your divorce will affect your life more than you can imagine. It is imperative that you hire the right attorney, one who is highly skilled in Divorce and Family Law and who is experienced and aggressive. We are aggressive, and we will work hard for you. If you need to win, you need tough attorneys who handle only divorce and family law cases. Hire our team of highly skilled trial lawyers.

20%
Marriage and Prenuptials 20%

The need for pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements becomes increasingly important as people’s economic circumstances grow more complex. It is prudent that certain kinds of property acquired before and after a marriage be identified and their potential future disposition clearly agreed to. This helps avoid litigation in the event of a divorce. Our firm’s experience in pre and post nuptial agreements is extensive and personal.

20%
Mediation 20%

Even though we are well-known for our aggressive litigation tactics, we also provide mediation services, and we offer our services to clients who seek separation and/or prenuptial agreements. We not only go over the numbers with you, talk to you about the law, review the facts with you, and discuss your children with you; we always get the job done. What this means is that we provide you with the agreement and the judgment of divorce.

Divorce Lawyer

I hired Brian Salome for a no-fault divorce on November 2020. My Lawyer is Rebecca Flohr. Rebecca is very professional and courteous towards me. She explained the process to me step by steps. So everything was practically done on December 31, 2020. I am waiting for the certification from the job will... take 6-9 months. I think the wait is too long. But if the best they can do, that’s it. I would refer some one to Brian Salome.

I hired Katherine Saciolo to represent me in my relocation case.

Katherine Saciolo has been nothing short of a Godsend throughout my relocation and contempt case against my ex husband. She is extremely attentive, caring and respectful. She always answers my questions and concerns and always replies to my emails in a timely manner. She fights hard for me and makes ...me feel as if I'm the only client she has. I've truly grown to love her! She and Bryan both have guided me through this whole process and I'm very grateful to have them both fighting for me. Katherine's paralegal Doreen is also one that deserves props as she is very personable and accommodating and I've grown quite attached to her as well. As far as some other reviews and complaints about the manners in which they're dealt, there's all types of personalities in the world. Some are warm and fuzzy, some are more in your face. I'm not paying for warm and fuzzy. I'm paying for a bulldog in the court room and I'd much rather have a "winning" "scandal" on my side than a warm and fuzzy pushover. However I've only experienced professionalism and courtesy from this firm. Having to go through the court process is never cheap. If you don't pay the electric bill, your lights get shut off. There's no difference. I do have a rock solid case. Even so, I realize the judge has the final say. Even if I don't get everything I want when this is all said and done, my feelings about this firm will not change!

And most important, was always updated and discussing the options we have and choose what’s best for us. Grateful and thankful that I a...m in the hands of Bryan Salamone. Highly recommended and by far unmatched. God Bless

Single dad is extremely happy with the work Bryan and his team have done for my custody fight

Suddenly, I found myself seeking sole custody of our son. I new I was in for an uphill battle. I am a single dad. The system is not fair. The mother is still given the benefit of the doubt. The mother of my child wanted custody of our son as much as I did and she was told it would be no problem ...from several attorneys for her to get sole custody After hearing this, I searched online. Bryan was highly rated, so I called. I am so happy I retained him. It was a blessing. I met him late at his office past 7pm, he waited for me and my son. He took the time to discuss my case thoroughly. I was not rushed, I didn't feel like I was given a sales pitch. My son even watched "Thomas Train" while we discussed my case. I felt very comfortable as Bryan and his team are extremely knowledgeable in custody matters. Not only did Bryan help me but also Katherine Saciolo. I really felt my best interests were being addressed. I am a chess player and forward thinker. I felt Bryan was the same. I am impressed when the resources I hire to fight for me are battle tested and ready to go. Bryan and Katherine are excellent. I am not an attorney. As such, I don't know what to expect. Bryan prepped me, answered all questions I had (I am very thorough), and more importantly told me where we stood on all the issues and what the possible outcomes may be. I was never left in the dark. Bryan has tremendous experience in the court house as does his entire team. During my case the judge even admitted that he sees Bryan representing clients "all the time." I liked that. I don't want someone learning the ropes on my dime. I shopped around, his fees are very reasonable. If you want someone who is going to fight and knows the system well, hire Bryan Salamone. Thanks again, Bryan and Katherine.

Great attorney

Melody Maher handled my divorce. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my case at all times. Melody was extremely honest and if she felt any pressure during the time I worked with her from the other side she never showed it. Her paralegal Victoria was extremely compassionate towards me. Vic...toria would let me vent when I needed too and never rushed me off the phone. Victoria made me feel like my concerns mattered, no matter how trival I thought they may have been at the time. I truly felt at ease confiding in Melody and Victoria. Both Melody and Victoria were extremely professional and I would highly recommend Attorney Melody Maher and her paralegal Victoria to anyone going through a divorce.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
