We also represent clients regarding Child Support, Spousal Maintenance, Custody/Visitation, Property Distribution, Uncontested Adoptions and Order of Protection/Domestic Violence Issues. Mr. Broscritto also represents spouses in need of Divorce Mediation and/or Collaborative Law.

We represent Purchasers and Sellers of both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties, from Contract of Sale through the Closing of Title. We also assist clients requiring the preparation or review of all types of Leases. We represent clients in need of legal assistance when Re-Financing their mortgages. Finally, we prepare and record new Deeds, with regard to real property transfers in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

We represent clients who require the preparation of Wills, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney so that they may have peace of mind knowing that their future affairs will be dictated by their own, personal wishes rather than by an Order of a Judge.

We represent clients in need of legal advice with regard to all phases of Business Law, including Business Formation/Incorporation, Business Partnerships, Partnership Agreements and Corporate Shareholder's Agreements (also known as "Buy-Sell Agreements").
