    Representing developers, contractors and lenders, in connection with private and public projects, from contract drafting and negotiations, to resolution of construction disputes , including mechanics' liens and construction claim in all courts.

  3. Corporate and incorporation

    Business formations, shareholder agreements, asset sales, stock purchase agreements and dissolutions. As outside General Counsel, we help clients with I.P. licensing, employment practices and other issues regarding corporate governance.

    Commercial Litigation, including complex business disputes, construction claims, business divorce, real estate and employment matters, shareholder disputes, and breach of contract claims, including appeals in all courts. Former NYC prosecutor.

Mr. Crabtree’s varied and extensive litigation experience includes representing large and small businesses, corporations and individuals in complex business disputes in State and Federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitration tribunals.

Mr. Crabtree has tried numerous cases in both federal and state courts, and has argued appeals before the New York State Court of Appeals, the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Crabtree was counsel to Farrell Fritz, P.C., and also served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Appeals and Felony Trial Bureaus in Queens County.
