Biography
I am an associate in Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid’sLitigation practice group. I’ve been involved in all phases of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, motion practice and appeals, and have experience in complex commercial, contract, and corporate litigation, including foreclosure and real estate disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, I was an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf, where I worked on a variety of complex civil litigation cases involving white collar criminal defense, contract, insurance and antitrust issues. Prior to that association, I completed a clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department.
