Divorce does not have to be a long, drawn-out process, draining you emotionally and financially. I do not have the expensive overhead of a large firm and  I pledge that I will always use the most expedient, practical and the most cost-effective ways to resolve each issue and your entire case.

To begin with, I will not sell you on unrealistic expectations wherein you spend months or even years chasing results which you would not get at trial.  I will give you straight answers and practical advice based on my knowledge of the law, my experience in negotiating settlements and my experience in the courtroom.

Situations are not often clear cut and I am skilled and experienced in fashioning creative solutions for difficult situations. I believe in getting a comprehensive settlement offer on the table at the earliest possible date.  Although most matrimonial cases settle without the necessity of a trial, your spouse may refuse to negotiate a fair agreement. Negotiation of your matter can be facilitated by means of four-way conferences (where you, your spouse and both attorneys attend). Not only does a four-way conference allow you and your spouse to discuss the issues in a structured environment, but I often use these conferences to show the other side that we are offering a reasonable and practical resolution of the case.

Whereas filing a motion is often necessary, I will always first try to seek the court’s intervention with a court conference, or if possible, a telephone conference with the judge and the other attorney. 

I will keep you apprised of all developments in your case and strive to return all calls and emails within 24 hours.   I welcome my clients’ questions and comments and I value my clients’ participation in the attorney-client partnership.  I take the time to make sure that my clients can reach me on weekends in case of an “emergency” situation.  I make every attempt to accommodate your schedule with evening and weekend phone calls/appointments throughout your entire case.
