Ivy League educated, professional and accomplished New York State Attorney with ten (10) years of legal experience concentrating in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Immigration Litigation, and Real Estate Transactions and Litigation.  

Demonstrated capabilities include presenting and arguing numerous cases at bench trials before federal Immigration Judges, negotiating and closing residential real estate transactions and commercial lease transactions, and devising strategy in all phases of civil litigation encompassing depositions, motion practice, pre-trial settlement, and bench trials.
