Michael Leavy had come highly recommended from a Real Estate Professional that I had worked with over the past several years. (Personally, I think that word of mouth is the best form of a compliment.) I called Mr. Leavy when we were refinancing our home and received time sensitive paperwork that ne...eded to be addressed. The paperwork arrived during the Christmas holidays and I was concerned that we would not be able to have it reviewed before the deadline. Mr. Leavy understood our need for services within a very short time frame and made it a priority to get this matter addressed. He was extremely professional and did not make my husband or I feel rushed. He did not just review and sign papers; but rather explained what we were signing and the reasons behind certain things were notorized. I will be certain to refer anyone in the need for a Real Estate attorney to Michael Leavy's office. He made a stressful time in our lives a less stressed one.
