Highly recommend!

Lynn was recommended by a lifelong friend and lawyer. I'm so glad that she represented my husband and I in our case. We had the best possible outcome. Lynn was always personable, respectful, and professional. She made us feel confident that we were in good hands. She was always receptive to ideas abo...ut how to proceed and was willing to research other cases when needed. At times she would patiently educate me on the law to ensure we were always on the same page and understood what was going on. Our case became a full trial, and so I can attest that Lynn is someone you want speaking on your behalf if and when it comes to that. Her experience in the courtroom shows.

Outstanding Advice in Difficult Situation

We hired Lynn under the most difficult circumstances--our lovely daughter had been drugged, raped, and had a full psycothic break that progressed into schizophrenia. Her delusions eventually morphed so that she thought we had hurt her, and our daughter filed 2nd and 3 rd degree rape charges against... us. This was an exceptionally horrible situation as our daughter was determined to be "gravely ill" by psychiatrists and needed guardianship, but the family court case needed to be concluded first in order for us to have a chance to get guardianship to care for her. Lynn gave consistently expert advice in every aspect of this tricky situation. In fact, we liked her so much that we asked for her advice multiple times on our guardianship case in a different court. She offered multiple creative ideas for how to work through the situation that ultimately led to the case being dismissed.. She kept us focused on what was important and was super responsive--we talked to her over many late nights and weekends. A+ service all around.

Absolute worst Attorney!

I found out the hard way just because an attorney is elected as the president of the bar association doesn’t mean they’re any good. She loses documents, fails to file, does not listen to you, overcharges, inflates charges, does not do her job. Attorney is supposed to watch out for your best interest.... She failed in this numerous times. Also found out that she changed documents and used my signature on documents I never signed or saw. . She lets the opposing counsel do her work for her during most of the case. How ethical is that? As a client attorneys work for you and are supposed to do what you request, she refused, and failed to protect our right on numerous occasions. During court trial she couldn’t find documents most of the time, she had to ask opposing counsel for documents. She was more concerned about missing her vacation doing her job. She was clearly unprepared for the trial and then had the nerve to charge an exorbitant amount which she clearly didn’t deserve. She Clearly, didn’t know my case many times, asking me for advice, or what to do. There was absolutely no follow up on discovery. And where she was supposed to file contempt charges, She forgot or failed to do so. She left my family vulnerable, and now spouse stopped, paying in accordance with the law and the order that was issued by the court and now, all the bills, child support and maintenance stopped. When it was reported to her, and she refused to do anything about it. She tried to force me to settle, and when I refused because the law is clearly on my side, she spent all the time looking at her phone, and taking care of other other clients instead of my family, And she was still charging me for it. Charging me while she’s taking care of other clients instead of listening to me we’re talking to me or advising me. The absolute worst attorney. When I asked her question, she told me she didn’t have time to explain it to me. When I asked her to support her recommendation by showing me the law that states or supports what she’s recommending, she refused to do so, she said she didn’t have time. The absolute worst attorney, I found on the bill that she tried to stick me with, many of the charges like a three hour phone call never happened.
