Biography
I have been practicing law for 35+ years without a single disciplinary action against me. However, in June 2023, I received a 6 month suspension as a result of a $6855 deficiency in my attorney escrow account. I immediately covered the deficit and there was at NO TIME any adverse financial effect on anyone. I subsequently found that at the time when I was going through cancer treatment, I made an unintentional accounting error in balancing my account which caused the account to be overdrawn.
The Appellate Division of New York found that there was no evidence of dishonesty. The official reported decision confirmed "there was no evidence of venal intent..." and "he was experiencing personal problems during the relevant period."
Thankfully, the Appellate Division directed that my license be restored "effective immediately."
I am pleased to share that I am now fully reinstated and have taken all steps to ensure such an incident does not occur again.

Great choice
