Beware using this lawyer for real estate transactions. If the sale falls through he will charge you the full rate (regardless of the amount of work he performed). Plus he will charge you the full rate for each subsequent transaction on the same home. This was not disclosed to us when we hired him. ...I found his service, communication and responsiveness to be below average compared to other real estate attorneys I have worked with in the past.
